How long does it actually take?
Visibility Package: 7 days from when you send your info. Authority Site: 14 days. Revenue Engine: 21 days. I hit these dates. If I miss the deadline, you get a refund on the deposit. I've never missed it.
Do I own the website?
Yes, fully. Your domain, your code, your content, your customer data. I'll hand you the keys to everything. The hosting fee is for me to keep maintaining and optimizing - if you want to leave, you take everything with you, no lock-in.
Can I update content later myself?
Yes. For text and image changes I give you a simple CMS where you can edit pages directly. For bigger changes (new sections, redesigns) the monthly support covers up to 2 hours of dev work. Beyond that it's $80/hour or a flat project fee.
What if I don't like the design?
One round of revisions is included. I show you a preview in 3 days so we can adjust direction early. I've never had a client reject a site - but if you genuinely hate it after one revision, I refund 50% and you're free to go elsewhere.
Why are your prices lower than Australian agencies?
Two reasons. First, I'm based in Vietnam where my overhead is a tenth of Sydney or Melbourne agencies. Second, I use modern tools (Next.js, Vercel, AI-assisted workflows) that let me build in days what agencies take weeks for. The work is premium - the price is structurally lower.
Why so expensive? I can get a $200 Wix template.
You can. It'll load in 4 seconds on mobile, lose 60% of visitors before they see anything, and Google won't rank it. My sites load in under 1 second, are built to convert, and are optimized for the new AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity) that increasingly direct customers. You're paying for a system that brings in customers, not a digital business card.
How does the 60-day guarantee work?
If 60 days after launch your business isn't getting more inquiries than before (phone calls, form submissions, bookings), I keep working for free. Different copy, different layout, different SEO, until it converts. I can offer this because I've done it for my own businesses - and I'm staking my reputation on yours.
Do you only work with trade businesses?
Most of my current work is trade businesses (plumbers, electricians, tilers) and small service businesses in Australia and Vietnam - they get the biggest bang for buck. But I work with anyone serious about owning their online presence: cafes, wellness practitioners, agencies, consultants, product brands. If your business needs customers, I can help.
